Panic attacks, anxiety, and depression marked much of my life from junior high into my late twenties.

Then Jesus kept saying one thing to me: “You’re a warrior.”Over and over again.

I didn’t feel like a warrior. In fact, when others spoke those same words to me having received them from Him I was annoyed. But I learned something life-changing:

Truth doesn’t require feeling to be real.

There were seasons I ran, secretly hoping I wouldn’t survive. And then finally I ran to Him. I lived as a “Christian-light” for a long time. But when I surrendered fully, He didn’t patch me up He rebuilt me. And He’s still doing it.

Now my life is filled with a joy I never knew was possible.

And I want that for others.

Knowing who we are in Him changes everything.

That identity our true identity in Christ is one of the greatest gifts He gives us.
